How do I create an account on the help desk system?

Navigate to https://kelleycomputing.zendesk.com/hc, and click the "Sign in" button in the upper-right corner. In the dialog that opens, note the links for each of the options below:

If you've communicated with our support staff through email previously, you're already registered. You probably don't have a password yet, though.
